Install

Version 0.2.1. The archive is checked with sha256 and extracted into ~/.hermes/skills/hstack/. The installer does not clone the repository.

Context

Counts use Hermes's estimator, ceil(bytes / 4). The planning path is hstack, reframe, and shape: 1,052 tokens, under 2% of GStack. The idle index is about six times smaller.
